Brighton Fringe 2013: ‘Family Creatures’ – Show & Workshop Details

Following on from our award-winning ‘Big Bite-Size Breakfast’ formula, Bite-Size Plays presents “Family Creatures” – a selection of beautifully crafted short plays for all the family to enjoy, featuring some colourful characters who learn the consequences of their bad behaviour! Every day during half-term week (28th May – 1st June) at the Theatre Royal, Brighton.

Magical, mystical and mythical creatures from past and present with one thing in common – they have issues. A ghost who can’t scare people, a snobby, pretentious unicorn who’s a bit too demanding for her own good, a bossy turkey who’s running out of friends and a devious dragon who’ll resort to dramatic ends to get its own way. Hosted by a wannabe celebrity turtle and a famous bunny hating gardener!

Some very slight menace and aggression towards rabbits from Mr MacGregor (of Peter Rabbit fame!)

Plus, on 30th May – 1st June at 11.30am, we present “The Bite-Size Play Factory” – a 90-minute theatre workshop for 10-16 year olds to explore their own stories through the Bite-Size Play format.
